1 General Rules and Scope

The terms and conditions described in this document ("Terms") apply equally to all services, products, promotions and any online activities on the goldenbet platform. From the moment you browse goldenbet's website, open an account, place a bet or use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Language and Interpretation

The English version of these Terms is the primary document for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English text will be followed. Even if any clause or sub-section of these Terms becomes legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully effective.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification

To open an account on goldenbet, providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all related accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited.

• The name, address and mobile number provided at registration must be true and up to date.
• goldenbet may request necessary documents for identity verification — failure to provide documents may result in restricted account activity.
• If multiple members of the same household wish to register from the same device or network, the support team must be informed in advance.
• The responsibility for keeping the account password confidential rests entirely with the user.

2.1 Obligation to Update Information

If the mobile number, email or payment details registered on your account change, you must inform the goldenbet support team as soon as possible. goldenbet will not be responsible for any withdrawal delays or cancellations resulting from outdated information.

3 Age Verification and Restriction on Minors

To participate in any casino or sports betting activity on goldenbet, the user must be at least 21 years old. Providing a false age at registration is considered a serious violation and the account will be closed immediately.

goldenbet may at any time request a national identity card or other government-issued document as proof of age. goldenbet reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the document is verified.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on goldenbet:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks).
• Only a payment account registered in your own name may be used for deposits — funds sent from a third party's account are not accepted.
• If a successful deposit does not appear in your account balance, you must notify the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used to deposit funds, wherever possible.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

If suspicious activity is detected in any transaction, goldenbet reserves the right to hold that transaction and conduct further investigation. During this time, the user may be asked to provide additional proof of identity or source of funds.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

goldenbet's bonus offers are provided under specific terms. Before claiming a bonus, the terms of the relevant offer should be read carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Weekly and Special Offers

• goldenbet Weekend Festival: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000 — wagering 15x, minimum deposit ৳100. Can be claimed once on the last two days of each week.
• goldenbet Cricket Buzz: 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000 — wagering 12x, minimum deposit ৳100. Available once per week for bets placed in the cricket section only.
• Monday Fresh Start: 25% of deposit, up to ৳2,500 — wagering 10x, minimum deposit ৳100. Can be claimed once every Monday and must be used on the same day.
• Birthday Golden Reward: Reward up to ৳1,500 — wagering 10x. Automatically credited to your account once a year on your birthday.
• Refer a Friend, Win with goldenbet: Reward up to ৳2,000 — wagering 8x. Reward is granted each time a new friend successfully registers and makes a deposit.

5.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

goldenbet reserves the right to cancel a bonus in any of the following circumstances:

• Clear evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• An attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are claimed on multiple accounts from the same household or device.
• An attempt is made to take advantage of bonuses by following a risk-free betting strategy.

6 Betting Rules and Regulations

The following general rules apply to sports betting and casino games on goldenbet:

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded; however, in the case of a multi-bet, the cancelled selection will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, goldenbet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds.
• For events where suspicious results or match-fixing are indicated, goldenbet may hold payouts pending investigation.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair outcomes.
• If a game session is interrupted midway, the status of the bet is confirmed from the system after reconnection.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final; however, any technical errors identified will be reviewed.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limit

goldenbet may set a maximum payout limit for a single bet or game session. This limit may change in special circumstances — contact the support team for the latest information.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the goldenbet platform. Violating these rules will result in the account being closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:

• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to break the platform's security systems or any form of hacking.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to access another user's account or collecting their information.
• Using goldenbet's intellectual property or brand elements without permission.
• Harassing, insulting or attempting to harm other users on the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

goldenbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Any provision of these Terms is violated.
• Identity verification documents are not provided.
• Fraud is suspected in a transaction.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• On the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

8.1 Balance Management on Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, a decision on the balance will be made based on the outcome of the investigation. If closed at the user's own request or for an innocent reason, the remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned.
